The signs of the carpal tunnel syndrome are more at night. They normally are seen to awaken people from their sleep. The main reason why the carpal tunnel syndrome symptoms are felt more visibly at night is because they are related to the posture of sleep. The flexed wrist position while sleeping and the resultant fluid accumulation around the wrist and the hand while lying in a flat position all manifest the signs of carpal tunnel syndrome.
