Any person may get the anxiety which is mostly of the mental disorder caused due to stress and other conditions. Before deciding the Anxiety treatment the cause for it must be analyzed. There are many causes of anxiety but it is believed that it is mainly triggered by anxious. Anxiety may be due to over stress due to work, worry, over load in the work. With proper doctor’s prescription and under proper guidance the medications can be taken. This would help to minimize the side effects and severance. An alternative way of treatment includes herbal treatment. This method is said to be very effective without any side effect. The herbal treatment is being followed for many years. Practicing regular exercises daily for at least 30 minutes would be effective in reducing anxiety. This will also eventually eliminate anxiety. Mind will be relaxed and distracted from any anxious thinking and so it will make the body to feel naturally healthy by reducing the symptoms of anxiety.
Another treatment of anxiety includes the psychological treatment. This is the most common and an effective way of treating anxiety.  The Cognitive Behavioral therapy is used to treat anxiety without any medications. Deep breathing exercise or diaphragmatic exercise is the breathing technique used for keeping the mind and body relaxed. This exercise will increase the oxygen level in the body and reduces the chemical imbalance. This technique of breathing exercise has proved to be the best and effective way to reduce anxiety.
